Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using RegoDue, the Australian rego reminder service. By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About This Service

RegoDue is a free, independent email reminder service for Australian vehicle registration (rego) due dates. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Australian state or territory government, transport authority, or licensing body. It is not an official government service and does not have access to any government registration database.

2. Eligibility

To use this service you must be 18 years of age or older, and you must be an Australian resident or the owner or operator of a vehicle registered in Australia. By submitting your details you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for providing an accurate registration due date. We have no ability to verify or cross-check your due date against any government register.
  • You are responsible for monitoring your email inbox and ensuring reminder emails are not filtered as spam.
  • You remain solely and fully responsible for renewing your vehicle registration on time, regardless of whether you receive any reminders from this service. A reminder is a courtesy only.
  • If your due date changes (e.g. after a registration renewal or transfer), you must update or re-create your reminder.

4. No Guarantee of Delivery

Reminder emails are sent on a best-effort basis via a third-party email delivery provider. We do not guarantee that:

  • Every scheduled reminder email will be delivered to your inbox.
  • The service will be continuously available without interruption or error.
  • Reminders will be delivered at a precise time of day.

We are not liable for any missed renewal, fine, loss of registration, or any other consequence arising from a reminder email that was not delivered, was delayed, or was received but not acted upon.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit registrations or access the service.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this service.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or duplicated information.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, spam protection, or other security controls.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access for any user or entity found to be in breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to the operator of RegoDue. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this service without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service. This includes but is not limited to fines, penalties, lapses in registration, or any consequences of relying on a reminder that was not delivered or was inaccurate.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria for any dispute arising under these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Unsubscribing

Every reminder email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe at any time by visiting the unsubscribe page or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing stops all future reminders for that email address and registration.
